This course covers the integrated components of MS Office 2013. Among the numerous topics covered are: How to use Word , Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook, OneNote, and Access. Students will learn basic computer skills, how to use domain and public email, Skype and chat, Windows 7/8/10, how to create folders and files, renaming folders and files. In Excel, students will learn formulas and functions, pivot tables, lookup functions, macros, structured references, and array formulas. In Word, students will learn to create presentations, use different layouts, work on transitions and animations, macros developer tools, perform mail merge. In PowerPoint, students will learn to design a presentation, use different layouts, work on transitions and animations, create slide shows, and work with audio and videos. At the end of the training, students will have the opportunity to get certified as a Microsoft Office Specialist.
